Last part of our series "Learn how to integrate healthy habits into your everyday life to improve your health and well-being"
Regeneration: Our body regenerates during sleep. Cells are repaired, the immune system is strengthened and the metabolism is regulated.
Energy: Sufficient sleep gives us the energy to cope with the day. Good sleep improves physical and mental performance.
Health: A lack of sleep can lead to numerous health problems, such as a weakened immune system, poor concentration and an increased risk of cardiovascular disease.
Mood: Sufficient sleep has a positive effect on our mood and reduces the risk of mood swings and depression.
To get enough sleep, it is important to develop a regular sleep routine, create a quiet place to sleep and do relaxing activities before going to bed.
Keep Moving!
