There are many ways to integrate regular exercise into your everyday life. Here are some tips:
- Walking or cycling instead of taking the car or public transport
- Climbing stairs instead of using the elevator
- Regular walks during the lunch break or after dinner
- Sports activities such as jogging, swimming or fitness classes
- Use gardening or housework as physical activity
- Doing sports activities together with friends or family
It is important to find an activity that is fun and can be easily integrated into everyday life. Regular exercise not only improves our physical fitness, but also increases our well-being and reduces the risk of many diseases.
